La récré

For 4 & 5 year-olds, and 3 year-olds who can't wait

This class is meant to introduce our little ones to movement, being in a group, following instructions, getting social and start being conscious of their body in space. We even start some technique with pliés, tendus, and of course, we dance just like in Ballerina! a fun class that focuses on imaginationa nd creativity, and that sets good bases for ballet :)

Les pirouetteuses

5 to 7 year-olds

We get to the barre for the first time in this class! Pliés, tendus and first barre exercies are seen in a fun, non-competitive perspective. We start dancing in the center, we'll start simple turns and jumps. We work on memorization, maintaining flexibility and technique.

Les entrechats

8 to 11 year-olds

We start feeling comfortable at the barre, so we'll integrate even more center work. Musicality, rythm, and interpretation are arriving in our class, and we start big jumps and pirouettes.

La prépa

11 to 14 year-olds

At the teens' barre, things get real: we go through 7-8 barre exercises with port de bras and appropriate attitude. In the centre, we'll work on our pirouettes, adages, allegros, big jumps, turns, walzt... we start to really dance! We now stretch on our own and we work on strenghtening and lenghtening muscles to improve our movement.
