WHY ISN'T FREE?

BECAUSE WE CAN'T GIVE AWAY OUR WORK, BUT WE'LL MAKE SURE YOU FEEL YOUR MONEY IS WELL INVESTED :)

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR/BRING? DO YOU SELL BALLET SHOES?

YES, WE HAVE BALLET SLIPPERS. AS FOR YOUR OUTFIT, JUST CHOOSE SOMETHING COMFY THAT MAKES YOU FEEL FIERCE! LEGGINGS AND TANK TOP OR LEOTARD AND TIGHTS: EVERYTHING WILL DO THE TRICK! YOU ALSO NEED A PAIR OF SOCKS, JUST FOR COMFORT, A REUSABLE WATER BOTTLE AND HAIR TIES :) A YOGA MAT CAN BE NICE FOR yoga CLASSES AS WELL AS FOR Corps de ballet, Barre au sol AND Stretch.

I NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS, BUT THE 12-HOUR NOTICE IS OVER. CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE AN EXCEPTION?

WE'RE VERY SORRY THAT YOU HAD TO MISS CLASS (REALLY). WE KNOW SOMETIMES IT'S JUST IMPOSSIBLE. HOWEVER, WE ASK FOR THAT 12-HOUR NOTICE IN ORDER TO GIVE YOUR SPOT TO SOMEONE ON THE WAITLIST WHEN YOU CAN'T BE THERE. WHEN WE HAVE LESS - OR NO - NOTICE, IT REALLY SUCKS FOR THOSE ON THE WAITLIST - AND FOR US. THAT'S WHY YOUR CLASS IS LOST, BUT NO WORRIES, WE KNOW YOU'LL PICK IT UP PERFECTLY NEXT TIME - AND WE CAN HELP WITH THAT :)

DO I HAVE TO BOOK IN ADVANCE?

IT'S A TWO-STEP PROCESS: PURCHASING YOUR CARD/MEMBERSHIP, THEN BOOKING YOUR CLASSES. ONCE YOU'VE PURCHASED YOUR CARD OR MEMBERSHIP, YOU CAN BOOK ALL YOUR CLASSES ONE SHOT, OR DO IT AS YOU GO, BUT SOME CLASSES GET FILLED UP PRETTY QUICKLY - WEEKNIGHTS, SATURDAYS. IT'S BETTER TO BOOK TO BE SURE, AND YOU CAN STILL CHANGE YOUR RESERVATION UP TO 12H BEFORE YOUR CLASS!

I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I GET A REFUND?

OUR CLASS CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, BUT THEY NEVER EXPIRE, OUR MEMBERSHIPS CAN BE CANCELLED AT ANY TIME - CANCELLATION FEES WILL APPLY. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TRY A SPONTANEOUS CLASS (OR TWO) BEFORE COMMITTING TO A MEMBERSHIP!

WHICH CLASS WOULD YOU RECOMMEND FOR ME?

ALL OF OUR CLASSES ARE MULTI-LEVEL - SO THEY'RE FOR EVERYBODY, APPART FROM Moyenne & Presque grande technique, AND Deuxièmes PointueS, WHICH ARE MORE ADVANCED. WITH YOUR CARD/MEMBERSHIP, YOU HAVE ACCESS TO ALL CLASSES, SO FEEL FREE TO TRY THEM ALL!
IF YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITION, WE'RE NOT QUALIFIED TO DECIDE IF BALLET'S SUITED FOR YOUR NEEDS OR NOT. MAKE SURE YOU ASK YOUR HEATH SPECIALIST, SHE/HE'S THE BOSS!

AM I GOING TO BE ABLE TO JOIN THE GANG IF I START IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SEASON?

YUP! OUR CLASSES ARE ADAPTED TO DROP-INS AND PEOPLE JOINING AT ANY MOMENT. OF COURS, WE DO MOVE FORWARD DURING THE SEASON, SO ALLOW YOURSELF A FEW WEEKS TO PICK UP WHERE WE'RE AT, BUT WE ALWAYS MAKE SURE EVERYBODY IN THE STUDIO IS COMFORTABLE AND CAN FOLLOW.:)

HOW DOES THE WAITLIST WORK?

THE WAITLIST WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL IF A SPOT BECOMES AVAILABLE. IF YOU RECEIVE NOTHING, IT'S BECAUSE THERE WERE NO CANCELLATIONS, BUT NO WORRIES, YOU HAVEN'T LOST ANY CLASS! ONCE YOU GET THE EMAIL, YOU HAVE 24H TO REPLY WITH THE CONFIRMATION THAT YOU'LL TAKE THE CLASS. ONCE YOUR EMAIL I SENT, CONSIDER IT CONFIRMED! IN YOUR ACCOUNT, IT MAY SAY OTHERWISE BECAUSE WE HAVE TO MANUALLY CHECK A BOX EVERY TIME THAT HAPPENS AND WE'RE USUALLY PRETTY BUSY, BUT YOU CAN BE CONFIDENT THAT YOU HAVE YOUR SPOT ONCE YOU'VE CONFIRMED BY EMAIL!

ALSO, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AUTHORIZED EMAILS FROM US IN YOUR BALLET HOP! ACCOUNT AND IN YOUR INBOX, THAT'S YOUR JOB! :)

ARE THERE CLASSES ON HOLIDAYS?

Yes! We close for Christmas (two weeks) and in the summer (last of August and first of September!) Every other day, we're here. :)
